Storing seized weapons and contraband is a burden: it takes up valuable space, must be stored securely, and requires meticulous record keeping. Regulations can make destroying firearms and contraband a more significant burden than storing them – until recently.

A Nevada company now provides mobile contraband and weapons destruction services for Police and law enforcement agencies in several states. We were honored to supply a custom-built mobile incinerator that brings cost-effective contraband and weapon destruction to an agency’s doorstep.

Firelake Manufacturing built a custom incinerator and mounted it on a client-supplied, lowboy fifth-wheel trailer to travel America’s highways and byways from one law enforcement agency to another.

One tall challenge was the incinerator’s stack – too tall for the open road. Firelake engineered a removable secondary stack system that mounts and removes the secondary stack.
